In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 14 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Return Items by Post

You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.

Return Items to a store

Wrong size or you don't like the item?

If returning items that are not suitable for either refund or exchange you are responsible for the delivery cost in returning it to us. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.

New faulty items/ Wrong Item Received

If you have received items that are faulty or not what you ordered send them back to us (using the steps above) and we will cover the delivery cost of the return if it is within 14 days of delivery. If we have supplied the correct product, it is not faulty or it is outside of the 14 days we cannot be liable for your postage charges. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.

Faulty Items

If you have received items that are faulty please send them back to us using the steps above. Please include a covering letter describing the fault and if you would like the item replacing or refunding. Once the item arrives back to us you will receive an email notifying you about the progress. Faulty items are then forwarded onto the suppliers to confirm the warranty issue. Please be patient with us as we need to receive this confirmation from the suppliers before we can process your request for a replacement/refund.

When returning the item please use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded* so that you have a tracking reference just in case! If your item arrived faulty, we will refund your postage cost. If the item was in full working order at the time of delivery to you, we cannot refund your return postage cost.

*In the event that you return a faulty/incorrect item we will refund your postage charge as long as it is 1st Class Recorded or a lesser value service. We do not refund premium services.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit and debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original transaction, cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

Refunds will be made for faulty or incorrect items, including any delivery charge incurred by the buyer (excluding ‘Special Delivery’) in the return of the item. If the products you ordered are delivered to you in good condition, but you wish to return them for any reason we will refund the full value of the goods excluding any carriage charge upon receipt of your returned goods.

Items won’t be considered lost until after 15 working days of items being dispatched. Once the 15 working days are up, we will issue a refund or replacement.

Not received your order?

If you have not received your order, please call us on 01225 867187 and a member of staff can confirm the shipping date. Unfortunately, we cannot consider an item to be lost until 15 working days has passed (according to Royal Mail procedure). Once the 15 working days have passed, we will be able to issue a full refund or resend your order.

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

With 140mm of travel at the front from the superbly plush RockShox Pike Ultimate fork and 140mm at the rear, courtesy of the equally smooth and progressive RockShox Deluxe Ultimate trunnion-mount shock, there's barely a mountain trail that can't be ridden on this bike. The light, strong and rigid Newman Advanced SL carbon wheelset, shod with grippy and comfortable Schwalbe Hans Dampf 2.6in tyres, transfers the fourth-generation Bosch CX drive unit's power - and your pedalling input - to the ground via Sram's incredible X01 Eagle AXS wireless 12-speed gears. Whatever the climb, however steep the challenge, this is a bike that's up for it. And, coming back down, you've the reassurance of the RockShox Reverb AXS dropper post, RaceFace cockpit components and super-powerful Magura MT Trail Carbon hydraulic disc brakes with oversized 203mm rotors for better cooling. But it isn't just about the components, because the Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC SLT also features our completely redesigned all-mountain e-bike chassis with carbon main frame, revised kinematics and tweaked Agile Trail Geometry for rock-solid handling in any situation. We're particularly proud of the Modular Battery System and its shock-absorbing, dust- and moisture-resistant cover with push-button release and hidden lock. It doesn't just hide the Bosch power unit away inside the sleek down tube, it also enabled our designers to fit a larger capacity battery for extended range - and leave room for a bottle cage mount. Mountain bike hybrid versatility has a new name, and that name is Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC. Built around Bosch's new, fourth-generation drive system and drawing on our extensive experience of hybrid power, carbon frame construction and efficient suspension kinematics, it represents a new breed of all-mountain e-MTBs. Our engineering team developed a brand-new concept for this frame, building the CUBE Modular Battery System to hide the Bosch power unit completely inside the sleek carbon down tube. A tough cover provides protection and shock absorption for the battery, whilst push-button access and a hidden lock make it both easy to use and secure from unwelcome attention. Even better, the new system frees up enough space for the option of a higher capacity battery than before, which translates to extended range and longer days out in the mountains. The fourth-generation Bosch CX drive unit sits in its own housing, while the aluminium rear triangle features a Boost 148 axle for efficient power transfer, larger bearings for longer life and a linkage designed to fit a trunnion shock. Our All Mountain Geometry is specifically designed to work with the suspension kinematics and Bosch drive system, offering handling that only our fully integrated design is capable of doing - stable, confidence-inspiring and fun. And of course it's chain guide compatible, there's a bottle cage mount for carrying tools or water, and integrated cable routing ensures that gears carry on shifting smoothly with minimal maintenance.
